Answer Insight provides software that allows users to submit prompts and analyse how brands appear within responses generated by large language models and AI systems.

The platform may retrieve, analyse, or process AI-generated responses in order to generate insights, reports, and visibility metrics.

The Service may evolve over time and features may be added, modified, or removed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

By subscribing you agree to:

• Authorise recurring payments where applicable

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing billing periods already paid for.

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

Answer Insight analyses prompts and AI-generated responses produced by external artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service provides analytical insights only
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or business advice
• You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on insights generated by the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and platform functionality, is the property of Answer Insight and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the prompts and content they submit.

However, by using the Service you grant Answer Insight a non-exclusive license to process, analyse, and store submitted content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your subscription payment fails
• You misuse the platform
• Continued operation of your account presents legal or security risks

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• Results generated by the Service will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answer Insight shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or service interruption

Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
